Please contact us at email@example.com, no later than 30 days upon receipt of product/s, before returning any items back to the manufacturer; in order for us to try to resolve any issues you may have.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your item/s, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for the refund payment to be processed.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If a product arrives to you misprinted/damaged/defective, then please get in touch with us within a week's (7 days) time along with photo verification of the damaged goods and your oder number. We will gladly send a replacement, at no cost to you, for products that are deemed damaged items.
Currently and unfortunately, we do not exchange or refund orders for buyer’s remorse and/or sizing issues. If you'd like a different size, a new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size. We do apologize for this inconvenience and are working toward exchanges in the future.
Order Never Arrived:
If your order didn't end up arriving, please be sure to let us know. We kindly request that you check your shipping confirmation to verify whether you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your expense.
If the shipping address was correct, please get in touch with us at email@example.com noting your order number.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will be notified about your return.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item; unless the product is/was deemed damaged upon arrival or the item/s never arrived to a correct address provided (tracking number shown as not delivered). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
